These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Soul Travel Marijana Šćulac s.p., Ilirija 35, 6276 Pobegi, Slovenia . By booking any excursion or service through soultravel.si⁠, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. For any questions, you may contact us at soultravelinfo77@gmail.com.

All excursions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments can be made by credit or debit card and through PayPal. A reservation becomes valid only after full payment has been successfully received.

Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to three 3 (72 hours prior to departure)        calendar days before the scheduled excursion date. Cancellations made less than three days (72 hours) before the excursion are non-refundable. Failure to attend the excursion without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be issued.

Soul Travel reserves the right to cancel or postpone an excursion due to severe weather conditions, safety concerns, natural disasters, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Soul Travel shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants as a result of such cancellation.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit to take part in the excursion. Minors may participate only when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or another responsible adult.

Participation in excursions is entirely at the participant’s own risk. Although Soul Travel does not organize extreme sports or high-risk activities, outdoor travel and recreational activities may involve inherent risks. Participants accept responsibility for their own safety, health, conduct, and personal belongings throughout the excursion.

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate health, travel, and accident insurance coverage. Soul Travel does not provide individual insurance and shall not be liable for injuries, illnesses, loss or theft of personal property, delays caused by third parties, or any events resulting from force majeure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovenia.
